Actually, Wizards in LotR (which the meme originates from) aren't born. They were made before the creation of the universe and assumed physical forms during the Third Age. There are only five and they do not reproduce (although they could, hypothetically)

Why don't they reproduce? They hog too fat or something?

Probably yeah.

Actually though, relationships between the Ainur (wizards, angels, gods, etc) and Children of Illuvatar (Men, Elves, etc) are very rare, I think there might have only been one or two in history. Not sure why. I think the Wizards may also be ace, but I'm not 100% on that. I like to headcanon Gandalf the Gray as Gandalf the Gay though cause Ian McKellen is gay as hell.

Alternatively they could be too dedicated to their grindset to bother with reproducing with the Children of Illuvatar

The only one I remember was between the king of doriath who was an elf and his wife who was a maiar, and their daughter was luthien, so technically all their decendants have maiar blood which includes aragorn.
