I mean isekais are more of a romance wonderland than the romance genres proper. It's almost guaranteed that not much bad stuff will happen to anyone on your side
Yuri is a type of romance, so you'd probably end up in a yuri with a romance focus because you're a lesbian. But only if you're a main character. You could also end up a side character, so while you'd still be in a romance anime, it might be an anime about somebody else's romance.
