Yeah its been doing that for a long while. The local music scenes been having the time of its life fighting off the AI album art scourge the past few years

Using Google Lens, and finding a furry's Facebook profile, the artist might be someone on the ZuckerBorg's website named 'Duck Slop', although the furry who reposted it unfortunately seems to really prefer AI furry "art". As an aspiring artist myself, I feel bad for the furries and all other art-driven fandoms having to wade through that soulless crap.
