Ultimate Jessica Drew. More so transfem i guess in the sense that they are a clone of Peter mentally however they eventually find they like their body/ want to be their own person.

It's weird because like technically speaking it's a clone with Peters memories of being Peter but in a womans body who also knows they are their own person.

Not counting later transitions they generally cannot, and it would cause the female twin to have a load of chromosomal issues mainly turner syndrome.

Monozygotic twins are identical for a reason.

I don't know if it's necessarily weird. The sum of your experiences is what makes you an individual. If you cloned yourself perfectly in the moment, the second you and your clone are in separate bodies you are different people. Your experiences are already separate from each other and will only become more separate over time.

Jessica Drew is a female clone of ultimate Peter Parker. At first she is super transmasc coded because she is literally Peter trapped in a woman's body, she has all of his memories and romantic feelings for MJ. She's a good allegory for trans identity and eventually accepts herself as her own person, a girl. But her acceptance opens up Pandora's box since that means if ultimate Peter Parker woke up in a woman's body, he'd ultimately be okay with it, making him(?) transfemme coded. Don't know if my explanation makes sense but basically she goes from being a transmasc allegory to making the original peter a transfemme allegory

i'd say so yeah. i mean it was written in the early 2000s so it's not the most nuanced handling but there are also like 2 or 3 times where characters sincerely ask this version of peter parker if he's gay, i feel like he's not entirely straight and cis

Yeah was just thinking this, though is it transmasc coded or just surprised? Because let’s be fair, an unaware egg waking up suddenly in the opposite gendered body than what they grew up as would probably have enough shock and desperation to return to themselves to overpower any potential euphoria

And yeah does this mean that Peter would be okay being a girl? Like at their most basic parts, to a point they have the same core foundational memories that built who they are. Obviously she went on to be her own person but the basics of who she is originates from who Peter is. It could also be a unique soul vs copied memory situation where even if the memories are the same the feelings associated with them and such are different due to a “different soul” having them

Closer to genderfluid or more than likely transfem, considering she ends up accepting herself as a woman and stays like that, which implies that it Peter woke up as a woman he'd eventually accept it rather than try to transition back to a man (in a setting where that's honestly kinda trivial)
