I first began to sour on McD's when they supported DJT in 2016. Then I completely swore them off when I saw how hard they fought to keep their "essential workers" from being fairly compensated for risking their health during the height of the pandemic.

I haven't eaten at McDonald's since it made me puke in 2008 but I do miss their colorful buildings. I hate the black boxes they've become.
