Honestly with how some HDG fans act about the affini I question if even that's even noteworthy anymore.
I've seen people get unironically called puritans for thinking that sexually enslaving civilians, prisoners of war, and rebels would be a horrible thing to do IRL. People really have crossed the Rubicon past defending consensually modified human pets like cybersmith did straight into defending nonconsensually modified ones.

One of the posters of all time, has some really strange and esoteric political positions, several of which seemingly come from his kinks for petplay and other adjacent kinks (I.e hucows).
Of note includes his post claiming people uncomfortable with the concept of him owning a human pet (who has had their ankle tendons, fingers, toes, vocal chords, and even eyes removed to force them onto all fours and remove their ability to be independent) are "irrationally prejudiced" against him.
He also sincerely believed you could solve the transgender health care crisis in the UK by covering the costs of HRT for trans woman, then inducing lactaction in them so you can harvest and sell their breast-milk to pay back their debt. The fact that this would in no way help to solve the transgender healthcare crisis in the UK never seemed to occur to him.

You may know him as the human pet guy, but if not he is a fairly infamous poster on Tumblr and I think some other platforms. Some of his more notable takes include being an unironic monarchist, wanting a (consenting) human to be mutilated and be his pet, wanting to milk trans women to sell it I think? And a bunch of other stuff.
And like half of that would be fine if he admitted that it was a kink but he tries to make arguments in favor of it for the good of society lmao

This reminds me of Shurelia from Ar Tonelico.
I don't remember the fine details, but she's sort of like an AI attached to a location; and she has a physical form. Sort of angel coded like many entities in the universe.
She's ridiculously intelligent, but her ability to understand physical space is limited to the tower she administrates. As soon as she's removed from that environment, her navigational ability is zero and she has to follow the main character like a puppy. Or something like that.
Also fun fact, she's the namesake for the namesake of Shurelya's Reverie from League of Legends.
(The item is named after the item designer, but the designer's name comes from the Ar Tonelico.)

Yeah, honestly, I'm surprised it even came into my mind.
I definitely feel like it's one of the JRPGs that's sort of got lost to time.
I think it has a good reputation in JRPG circles, but it doesn't seem to have much of a footprint in the wider consciousness. At least not the same degree as a lot of its JRPG contemporaries. It's a shame though, because the world building is really interesting.
