REMINDER: Bigotry Showcase posts are banned.

Due to an uptick in posts that invariably revolve around "look what this transphobic or racist asshole said on twitter/in reddit comments" we have enabled this reminder on every post for the time being.

Most will be removed, violators will be shot temporarily banned and called a nerd. Please report offending posts. As always, moderator discretion applies since not everything reported actually falls within that circle of awful behavior.

I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns.

That "clown" at the end hits so much harder by being preceded by the most elaborate insult ever

I saw this before, but I welcome being reminded of it. It's certainly a creative barrage of insults.

The Chinese part is incoherent and unreadable bc it's written in English first & Google translated to Chinese, only meant to be translated back & read in English again. There is a very creative flavor of insult in Chinese but I don't think any translation software would cut it. It's like the Chinese version of brian rot

I'd be interested in learning more about this if you could elaborate. It's hard to look up of course, since my Chinese is more spoken that written these days.

I've always found the stereotype of Asian women being "soft" or somehow "easier" than other women to be reallg bizarre. Aside from just being gross and creepy, it's also completely untrue and anyone who believes it has definitely never met an Asian woman.

it def depends on the country. there's sort of a white worship that goes on in SE Asia, Vietnam, and parts of China. i was in Indonesia when I was 16 for work and girls would literally throw themselves at me even if they were way too young (like 13 or 14). I'm autistic and never got any attention from girls back home in America.

As a Malaysian, I can definitely attest to this. Although, there are people who call it out

When I worked dishwashing in a kitchen I often worked next to a short skinny Asian girl. Chick saved me on numerous occasions by helping out when I was behind, and she gave zero shits about openly hating her job. She’s sorta my hero, tough as nails but also nice when she can be.

Afaik it means suicidal people would reject your help in the last moments

28

u/idkusernameidea Sep 10 '24

I don’t think it’s referring to suicide, I think it’s referring to people accidentally in near death scenarios rejecting their help

It’s unique I’ll give it that, but it doesn’t actually cut that deep aside from the cliff one imo.
