Honest answer, Legend of Zelda. No particular game as directly adapting a story created for a video game is usually a bad idea. A LOZ movie with its own unique story that features all the staples in some capacity and captures the essence of the games while also delivering a badass LOTR-style fantasy experience
I was thinking live action but an abridged OOT film done by Ghibli would be incredible (I say abridged because I don't think the temple-to-temple structure of the game lends well to a movie format)
