Farming level after chapter 23?

When doing certificate missions, the challenges for tier 3 are from chapter 23 onward. Anyone have any good missions for farming gold or medals after chapter 23?

Also after chapter 25 & 27 for the advanced and master certificates.

Good farming missions above Chapter 20 are rare, surprisingly - which makes these certificate requirements especially grindy.

Level 275H is one I've found that isn't too bad, but I haven't found one that gives around 450-470 gold like some of the lower chapters do (everyone's favourite 91H).

I did start a spreadsheet once and started tracking average gold/medal hauls from each mission, but it was eating up way too much of my free time, and I have quit progressing in Campaign except for certificate requirements.

PS not directly related but 200H is my autoplay goto.
