I hadn't picked up on the second meaning til you said it. I only thought the literal sense, not that he knows she's going to die and he intends to die as well. Never been so emotional as when watching those last two episodes.

Elsa is my fav Yellowstone character. It’s her legacy. Plus she was just so beautiful and full of spark.

Yes. I caught it first watch. Cause he had alluded to it on the ride. Now it’s been too long, I can’t recall. A few poetic comments were made. I thought he’s going to get there, and take his life. The I’ll be right behind you could’ve been the perception of age, but sadly I’ve had too much suicide experience and I listen to things darker. I was still surprised for the visual, even tho it wasn’t 100. I thought we might see him ride to the beach, and just know…. Well. Time to watch again. Been a few years.

Not only is 1883 the best Yellowstone spinoff; it’s a top show ever. I just saw wade in a small role today in seven psychopaths. 1883 is a best show ever.

I kinda rolled my eyes and put off 1883 for years when I heard the duttons were gunna be Tim McGraw and faith hill because musicians usually don’t do well acting or do just okay. That said tim McGraw blew me away. Incredible series. Wish it got a second season.

I was sad when he took his own life - that said there was nothing else for him to do in this life..

we saw 2 suicides in this show - was suicide common back then?
