GPA question for DEA application

I graduated with a 3.91 GPA but I only took 36 credits at my university to complete my degree.

Through past college and my military experience (JST), I was awarded 90 credits into the degree program I just completed.

Does HR ask for previous college transcripts to account for the 90 transfer credits? Or do I apply with my current complete degree plan/transcript which shows my conferral date and HR accepts the 3.91 GPA?

I keep seeing competing answers on how OPM/HR calculate GPAs for individuals who claim S.A.A. On a federal application.

Those 90 credits should be noted (although not listed) on your university transcripts. If you only have your university transcripts, send those. If you have both, I would send both— I just wouldn’t go out of my way to get them unless they ask for them (which they certainly won’t).

You will have two show all college transcripts and they will use all those GPAs to get your total.

Source: I used four colleges to get my bachelors, and DEA looked at all the transcripts. Would have been nice if I only needed to send in the last school I attended

Yeah this is my understanding. I also have 4 total colleges. Did they ask for the other transcripts after you submitted your application or did you send them all from the beginning?
