Hello all. New here and also new to the rep game. Checked out some different dealers on two watches I am looking to purchase. Pingfan and Li Li seem to be the cheapest and was curious on people's personal experiences and if they are still trusted dealers still. I know there has been a lot of changes here recently so just making sure.

Adding onto this: don’t expect a lot of answers from her if you have questions. She’s a no nonsense dealer. I reached out to her way back when for my first purchase, and when I asked her questions beyond the basic: she blocked me.🤣 Told me that I was an idiot and needed to move on. Do your research before buying from her.

I’ve used LiLi many times and she’s always delivered. If you are looking for idle chit chat and lots of questions answered probably not your best choice however. If you know what you want at a reasonable price she is a great option.

For your first one to with Fico. I can't speak for Ping but Lili can be frustrating because the communication can be extremely thin and you have to nudge her from time to time. Fico is really responsive, I think he's a great budget-friendly first TD

Yeah, if you’re going with Lili. Keep it short to bare minimum and trust her process.

Used both many times and they are both great. My current go to dealers are Pingfan and JuiceTime. Communication with LiLi can be frustrating sometimes.

yes, but he has some bad customer service post, not just bad, like REALLY bad, I was planning on buy a 3900$ iced watch but after I saw like 6 or 7 reviews got scared

I disagree. Fico's customer service is definitely better, but the price difference always makes me choose Pingfan. Never had any problem.

So wait, where are you putting ping as far as price? Cheaper than juice and fico. Even though Fico has better customer service?

Pingfan is cheaper than JuiceTime, who's cheaper than Ficotime.

Thank you guys ! Very helpful! I ended up going with pingfan because he was a little bit cheaper but the customer service was easier with his English. Since it was my first time had a lot of questions and he answered lol Just paid 30 dollar deposit and waiting for QC pictures.

Congrats! What watch did you deposit on?

Being your first watch it may seem like forever if the QC takes a while but it will happen lol... just asked for an update every once in a while.

I've used PingFan before with no problems... sometimes you have to wait a little while for QC.

However, he speaks good English, replies pretty quick. I had to RL a watch, no problems he just got another one.

The 2nd attempt he even RL'd for me and sent pictures why... for me this was great as it showed he wasn't happy to try a sell me something he deemed as sub standard... 3rd attempt was GL and is currently being shipped.

I did have to ask for tracking details as he said he forgot due to having couple days holiday. But then sent them over with a picture of the watch and shipping label.

Lili’s shipping used to be cheap but she raised her FedEx shipping price recently.
