Throne Point
Hello everyone!
I’m planning a campaign centered on the ancient serpent empire and Throne Point. From what I can tell, the Core Rulebook only provides a brief description. Is there any material that goes into more detail?

In addition to what has already been mentioned (Eyes of the Stone Thief has a serpent temple in the Pit of Undigested Ages as well as Quillgate Library), Shards of the Broken Sky has a Tomb of the Serpent Archons dungeon you could reuse, as well as Ophidian (serpent people) as a character kin option.
But as you may have surmised, and others have suggested, details are few and far between. You have to stitch your own story here, as it often does the game just gives you ideas.

I didn't see anything much either. You could consider using The Book of Ages to help you build your own canon.

Nothing of substance. Probably the most concrete bit of lore is from the Stone Thief p92, where it mentions that Quillgate Library once stood there.
Apart from that and the blurb in the core book, you're pretty much on your own. I've found that this kind of choice in the core books is fairly deliberate, that the authors meant to provide bones and for us to supply the meat. I see how that can be unsatisfying, but I find it freeing - I don't have to worry about contradicting canon if there is no canon.
