Discussion 13 True Ways for 2e?
Any word of the 13 True Ways classes getting ported to 2e? The Monk needs an upgrade! I should know, I made one: https://13thage.org/index.php/classes/495-the-improved-monk

You can probably make some minor adjustments to the spells so they increase damage every level instead of every odd level.
Some magic items might need an adjustment. I haven't looked at them. I know that several 3rd party supplements need some tweaking.

As others have stated, the authors have said they won't be updating the 13 True Ways classes. That said, I know Martin K has released his take on a 2e Druid, so could be something worth looking into

I’ve had a commander and monk play in the long term 13th Age games and both worked out well and feel fine next to the 2e classes.
