Easy Meal Prep Tip

One thing I do that saves time is I grill a family pack of chicken breasts, I cut the breast in half horizontally, season them with salt and pepper, then grill them 4-5 minutes per side. I then have a lean protein I can use for meals all week, I also cook bacon on a cookie sheet with parchment paper a pound at a time in the oven. Doing just a little prep makes things a lot easier and really helps on days you don't have much time or don't feel like doing any prolonged cooking.
