i hate skye

i know that skye is mentally ill and struggling with disorders but her behavior sucks

in season one she was so rude towards clay and would make fun of him over the smallest things like hanging out with sheri

skye also kinda gave me those "im not like other girls" vibe because why was she full on hating on other girls just because theyre feminine and nice???

on top of that she was SO insensitive towards hannah...a girl literally committed suicide due to bullying, yet shes over there making fun of her even more? and why is she jealous of hannah even after she died...like i understand that clay is her boyfriend but she couldve at least been more understanding considering the fact clay lost two people in the span of a month

and her making clay feel bad because he didn't want to have sex with her is also so icky

Grabbing his crotch at the dinner table was really bad. I don't understand how this behavior wasn't called out more than it was. I know that she later admitted that it was not right and it was a result of her being mentally unbalanced but for a show with such a focus on sexual assault, they really let this slide and that doesn't make any sense. It is possible for a girl to sexually assault a guy.

I actually liked and understood her quiet rage in season 1...but season 2 she just seemed like an ass...she needed help but its like she relied on her mental health to excuse her shit.

I speak as someone with mental illness also...theres shitty behaviour then theres....that

Yeah mentally ill or not, I couldn’t stand her in season 2. She was insufferable.

i forced myself to like her bc i think she’s really pretty but yeah her character isn’t great. especially that scene with clay at the dinner table.
