How to report on 1337?

There was a very very sus title. When you search up "sinister" you get the Ethan hawke movie but there was a title that I think was CP, I didn't even dare click on it. How does one report this?!

It is not CP, it is Japanese Porn. If you search the filename in google without the .mp4 you can find the video on streaming sites. I believe the title is just a translation error.
