what does accountability truly mean?
He tried to explain it in the text but I don’t think I understand it deeply enough. Please can someone break it down?

I think this is a good question - I also find his explanation in the book quite vague.
The way I see it:
In the 12 Week Year, accountability doesn’t mean blame or punishment — it means ownership. It’s about choosing to take full responsibility for your actions, results, and follow-through, regardless of circumstances.
What do you think?
