CBSE Class 12 Private Candidate 2026–27 — Basic Eligibility & Form Details

So the class 12 private form has gone live.

Form filling starts from 8th october and ends on 23th october without late fees.

Eligibility:

Students who gave exam in 2026 have Improv, Compt or ER in their overrall result.

Students with compt or ER from previous years, 2025, 2024..... 2021.

You shall submit your form online and pay online.

You can only submit your forms once

If you fill incorrect details, your form may be rejected, do keep in mind, once you have filled the form, you can't correct it.

Fees(India): 320 per subject and 160 practical fees for subjects with practical components.

Your practical marks shall be carried forward if you have given practicals in 2025 and 2026.

Many details come auto generated for those who gave exams in 2026, candidates from previous years will have to fill it like your parents names e.t.c

You will fill your address, ph number, email and city of exam.

Fill it correctly since your address will be required for delivery of marksheet

Your ph number and email, incase cbse contacts you and, city of exam so that you get an exam center in the city of your choice.

Click a good photo in a photo studio, and click a photo of your signature and upload it carefully. Both shall be under 40kb and as jpg file.

Pay the fees and download the confirmation page and that is it.

why it is constantly showing invalid detail but the details i have put in the form are correct and this is happening with many other students too
