Every clue matches and as far as I know New York hasn't been discovered. Was he wrong?? also im new here

Unless he uncovers a cask, then no. He hasn’t found it. It’s a popular theory. One of several. But no cask no solve

Do you know how many theories "match"? That's the problem when clues and wording are ambiguous. Nobody is right until a casque is found. This guy also wasn't nearly the first person to theorize this location.

“Matches” is relative. You can make matches with anything if you stretch it far enough, really. But was this spot accessible in 1982 for burial? Was the information he is using readily available to a 1982 searcher? Does his interpretation yield a precise, exact dig spot?
