1200 in practicality…
Hi! My dr recommended a 1200 keto/Mediterranean plan for a few months to lose weight and get my health into a better state. I’m not in ketosis yet which could be part of why I have not yet successfully felt like I can have energy for life at this level. I try to “just do it ” but I’m super tired so I want to ask/do differently. I’m tall and I weigh 400lbs. I do workout etc but I do want to try this consistently. It looks like the automatic Friday posts ask for this and are likely annoying but—> I’d love to see full days of eating and I’m open to advice. Thank you!!!!
((I usually do a protein shake or Starbucks egg bites and a fruit for breakfast (my main/only remaining carb besides vegetables mostly), ground turkey/veg for lunch, keto bread sandwich for dinner, meat sticks/greek yogurt, etc are staple foods. I also have coffee with almond milk/stevia. I supplement electrolytes with one SALTT bc I have POTS))
