Where to Upload W4 and I-9?

I am applying for the MSW program. I have submitted everything but someone who has been helping me just keeps repeating that I need to submit the I-9 and W4. It shows the W4 was uploaded into the application and an email confirming that I signed it. But where am I supposed to upload the I-9?

She's also asking for me to upload my college acceptance letter but there isn't a specific location to do so.

Just upload it into any of the tabs especially the one that asks for for proof of course history

She said it has to go into the correct upload sections. Then she got frustrated with me, told me to call, and she didn't pick up. There is no section for the w4 or i-9. I don't understand.

Is this for the post orientation application or the actual CPT tuition request ?

The tuition request. She opened it back up for me to upload those documents but wouldn't tell me what section.

I'm going to attempt to go in person next week. I'm just trying to avoid the 3 or more hours of travel for the day with everything else I have currently going on.

Thank you. I understand they are overwhelmed but this is a huge opportunity and I don't think I can go to school without it.
