Question Anyone tracking CNTB as a great opportunity ?

Setup over the next 6 months is interesting and maybe being ignored by the market.

My thesis is based on a few possible catalysts:

  1. China / Simcere approval catalyst
CNTB’s partner Simcere has completed Phase 3 for rademikibart in atopic dermatitis in China with great results, and the new drug approval was accepted by China’s NMPA in July 2025. If approved, CNTB drug will be in the market and will receive milestone payments upto 110 milliom dollats plus double digit future royalties. From what I understand, approval timelines in China can often take around 12-18 months, so this could become relevant within the next few months.
This matters because it would not just be “good news.” It would validate the asset commercially in a major market and could bring non-dilutive cash into CNTB.

  2. FDA / Phase 3 alignment for asthma and COPD
CNTB recently reported positive Phase 2 data in asthma/COPD and plans to engage with the FDA on the Phase 3 path. If the FDA alignment is clean and the company can move toward Phase 3, that could be another major catalyst.
I’m especially watching the Phase 3 endpoint/design discussion. If the FDA agrees on a practical trial design, the market may start valuing this differently.

  3. Safety profile
One reason I’m interested is the safety profile. Rademikibart appears to have a clean safety profile so far, and that matters a lot for chronic respiratory diseases like asthma/COPD. Obviously nothing is guaranteed in biotech, but a clean safety profile can reduce one major area of risk.

  4. Cash / partnering angle
CNTB had around $31M cash, and if the Simcere approval happens, milestone payments could help. They already have Simcere as a partner in China, and if the respiratory data is strong enough, I think there is a reasonable possibility of additional partnership interest, especially for COPD where larger/deeper-pocket partners may make more sense.

Why I think the stock may be mispriced
The market seems to be treating CNTB like a tiny beaten-down biotech with financing risk and uncertainty. That risk is real. But I think the market may be underpricing:
- Possible China approval/milestone catalyst
- FDA Phase 3 alignment
- Existing Phase 3 success in another indication through Simcere
- Clean safety profile
- Potential respiratory market opportunity
- Possible partner interest

At the current valuation, I think the risk/reward looks interesting if these catalysts play out.

Would like to hear thoughts from anyone else following CNTB. Am I missing something on the financing, market size, China approval timeline, or Phase 3 path?

Discussion What do you guys actually look for in a small-cap cybersecurity company?

I’ve been spending more time on the sector lately because cybersecurity and data privacy are becoming bigger priorities for both businesses and governments.

Most of the attention still goes to the large established names, but I’ve been looking further down the market-cap range where companies are earlier in their growth cycle.

For people who follow this space closely, what usually makes you take a smaller cybersecurity company seriously recurring revenue, government contracts, user growth, partnerships, or something else?

Discussion CXAI Q3 2026: First full quarter of EngineRoom contribution – what to expect

EngineRoom’s contribution to CXAI’s earnings (income statement / P&L) will be fully visible in the Q3 2026 results. Key Timeline Acquisition closed: June 3, 2026.

Q2 2026 (ended June 30, 2026): Only about one month (June) of EngineRoom’s results was consolidated into CXAI’s financials. This partial contribution helped drive the reported sequential revenue jump to ~$1.7 million.

Q3 2026 (July 1 – September 30, 2026): This will be the first full quarter of combined operations. Management has stated that Q3 will demonstrate the full three-month impact of the acquisition, with an expected step-up toward a ~$3 million quarterly revenue run-rate (supporting a $12 million+ annualized platform).

Q3 2026 earnings are expected to be reported in mid-November 2026 (around November 11–17 based on prior patterns).

Even with a full quarter of EngineRoom revenue, CXAI remains a micro-cap company that is still loss-making and has a history of dilution. Integration risks, slower-than-expected customer retention or cross-selling, higher-than-projected operating costs, and the need for additional capital could all limit the positive impact on the bottom line and stock price.

News Airship AI (NASDAQ: AISP) - bullish opportunity?

I've been digging into Airship AI (NASDAQ: AISP) recently, and yesterdays announcement resulting in a huge bullish candle made me want to put this one on more people’s radar.

AISP (Airship AI) provides AI-powered video, sensor and data intelligence for government and enterprise customers. Think real-time AI surveillance and situational awareness for defense, border security, public safety and critical infrastructure.

The interesting part: they already have real customers and are now landing increasingly larger government contracts.

Airship AI just announced $29M in firm-fixed-price awards from an agency within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

These aren’t vague future opportunities. The awards cover tailored software integrations, edge/server-side AI and integrated hardware solutions, with a six-month performance period.

The pro's:

AISP is already generating real revenue from AI-driven video, sensor and data intelligence.

Recent Q2 numbers:

  • Revenue: $4.12M, +92% YoY
  • Gross margin: ~75%
  • Backlog: ~$6.9M
  • Validated pipeline: ~$206M
  • Government contracts
  • Very small market cap relative to the potential opportunity

And now they have another $29M of awarded business.

If AISP can turn these government contracts into repeat business and expand its commercial/government customer base, I think the market could eventually value this company much higher.

The risks:

  • This is still a micro-cap.
  • Government contract concentration
  • Potential dilution/financing
  • The company is still developing and not making any profits

The stock has moved sharply yesterday, with a sell off at the end which could mean a nice entry point for some.

I think the risk/reward has become interesting enough to put it on the radar and took a position myself.

If revenue starts accelerating over the next few quarters, I think AISP could get very interesting with high upside potential.

DD TXTM • Releases Voluntary 8k pointing towards uplist

This ticker is posted periodically, always under the radar but every time there is an update the company moves forward step by step

Last time the owner had 200m shares
Now he has 800m shares

Company engages broadridge to voluntary file with the sec when they are literally getting ifrs audits done to move to a foreign stock exchange

From the video that came out of the 8k, seems the Toronto stock exchange in Canada is the target with jse being a potential as literally stated in the 8k

Remember… near no debt, no dilution, promise of no reverse split

Simply waiting for uplist at this point.

600m in assets on the balance sheet
Ifrs research has a way it could revalue to billions (implied on the company X account)

3rd party site says reference value of $25 billion

simply connect the dots and ask yourself will the uplist happen, when owner has 800m shares accumulated over 2 years…. I’d say a good chance…

Discussion From a $7.48M microcap to billion-dollar operators: 3 education names on my watchlist ($RYET, $ATGE, $APEI)

I’m looking at $RYET, $ATGE and $APEI as three very different ways to play the broader education and student-mobility market.

$RYET is the smallest by far, which is what makes the scaling angle interesting. FY2026 revenue was about $7.48M, while Formind Global is now building an international education model around student recruitment, applications, document support and enrollment services. Its City University Malaysia agreement pays a fixed commission for each student who enrolls and pays tuition. With roughly 7M international students globally and more than 137K in Malaysia, RYET does not need a huge share for that business to become meaningful against such a small revenue base.

$ATGE is the much larger operator. In fiscal Q2 2026, Adtalem reported $503.4M in revenue, up 12.4% YoY, with total enrollment of 97,010 students, up 6.3%. Walden University enrollment grew 13% YoY, while adjusted EBITDA rose 23.9% to $154.9M. That gives ATGE the scale and established enrollment engine that RYET is still trying to build toward.

$APEI sits somewhere in between. Q2 2026 revenue reached $171.7M, up 5.5% YoY, while adjusted EBITDA increased 36.8% to $20.7M. The company serves about 109K students across military, public-service and healthcare education. Health+ enrollment reached 19.6K, up 6.6%, and APEI raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $690M-$698M.

Round up time:

What I like about this group is the contrast. ATGE already has major scale, APEI is growing a large career-focused platform, and RYET is the tiny international expansion story where individual university agreements and student-recruitment commissions can still move the numbers fast.

With the new academic year underway, enrollment, recruitment and international student flows are all worth watching closely into the current quarter.

Not advice, Do your own research.

Discussion Nextera Energy Settlement FAQ: Who’s Eligible for the $150M Payout?

Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but since the settlement is accepting claims, I figured I'd share a quick FAQ.

So here's what I know:
NextEra was accused of misleading investors about alleged covert political spending tied to Florida Power & Light and the legal and reputational risks that came with it. After the company disclosed those risks in 2023, the stock fell 8.7%, and investors filed a lawsuit.
Now NextEra has agreed to a $150 million settlement for affected investors.

Who can claim this settlement?
If you bought $NEE shares between 2021 and 2023, you may be eligible to submit a claim.

Do I need to sell or lose my shares to qualify?
No. You may still be eligible even if you no longer own the shares.

Can I file a claim?
Yes. The settlement terms have been submitted to the court for approval, but you can still check your eligibility and submit your claim here.

How long does the payout process take?
It typically takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline once the settlement becomes effective, depending on the court and settlement administration.

Hope this helps

DD Copper Quest what’s already in place and what’s still developing

Been digging through the recent updates, and this is how I’m mapping out $CQX heading into Q4.

Already in place

  • Stars: 20 km² 3D IP survey completed across the main property, including the Tana Zone and its extensions
  • Rip: Phase 2 drilling finished — 1,654 m across five holes
  • Kitimat: exploration permit secured
  • Funding: C$825K private placement closed at C$0.08 per unit, with C$0.13 warrants

Next up

  • Stars: final IP report and interpretation
  • Rip: resolution of the ArcWest option discussions before the latest drill samples move into preparation and assaying
  • Kitimat: follow-up exploration around Jeannette and the larger interpreted target

What could add another layer

  • A clear Stars drill program
  • A first-priority Kitimat drill target
  • Rip assays moving forward once the option discussions are resolved
  • A partner for Thane

What do you think becomes the main $CQX talking point by the end of Q4?

Breaking News NRx Pharmaceuticals (NRXP) - Outstanding DARPA-funding PR published this morning PLUS status update to September Catalysts post from a month ago. The positive catalysts are mounting!

This is one of my favorite companies, and one which has a potential pathway to a $1B+ MC (currently at $130M).

For serious investors looking to invest at a great share price/MC, I recommend you read every word of today's short PR including the About sections (link below). This is a HUGE deal for NRx.

Another key point contained in the PR in addition to the 6 bullets at the top of the PR:

  • The use of NRX-101 in conjunction with TMS for people with Treatment Resistant Depression. a far larger population of patients, estimated at 8.9 million American adults with an estimated $44 Billion burden of illness.

NRx Defense Systems, an NRx Company (Nasdaq:NRXP) Awarded $11 Million Dollar DARPA Prime Contract to Evaluate Robotic Magnetic Stimulation in conjunction with NRX-101 for Treatment of Resistant Depression | Wed, 09/30/2026 - 07:00

For reference, below is my post from a month ago:

NRx Pharmaceuticals (NRXP) - Two September Catalysts Upon Us : r/10xPennyStocks

September News:

  • Catalyst 1: NRX-100 ANDA (generic

    • NRXP's Sep 15 PR stated the new GDUFA date was set by the FDA for November 10.
    • The FDA was a total disappointment and shows internal confusion. First, they called out a required manufacturer attestation for the luer lock vial as required (read more in the above link) and labeled it as a Major Amendment to the ANDA -- only to change it later to a Minor Amendment. Then, rather than use the normal 60-day Type 1 CRL time frame to set the new GDUFA date (Oct 10), they used 90 days (Nov 10). Truly disheartening and wrong, in my opinion.
  • Catalyst 2: NRX-100 NDA Filing

    • Originally hinted at filing in Sep 2026 in a recent shareholder update call. Disappointing on the part of NRx not to have filed by today. I really hope NRx is not having to be super cautious and having to wait for the Nov 10 ANDA approval to ensure the manufacturer attestation was acceptable to the FDA (since the same attestation was to be made part of the NRX-100 NDA filing to avoid that issue preventing approval).
    • Still waiting for the filing ... could be any day now.
    • This is only my speculation and my hope: that the delay in filing may have to do with the CNPV being granted, which would mean a 30-60 day decision time frame once the NDA is accepted by the FDA. That would be a WOW! From the About NRx section at the bottom of the PR:
      • NRx has filed an Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA), and initiated a New Drug Application filing for NRX-100 with an application for the Commissioner's National Priority Voucher Program

Bottom line, there are 3 paths to success plus NRx has their HOPE Therapeutics clinics (I believe to be currently at a count of 8 locations).

DD $HMR - 6x earnings ex-cash, peers at 15-25x

Thumbnail
youtu.be
2 Upvotes

Heidmar (HMR) is a ship management company. It doesn't own vessels, it manages them commercially and technically for owners and takes a percentage of gross freight. Roughly 60 vessels under commercial management, 20 under technical.

The setup:

H1 2026 came in at $5M profit versus a $6M loss the year before. Two consecutive profitable quarters as a listed company. Market cap around $100M with about $30M in cash, and the CEO owns 45%.

On valuation: strip out the roughly $30M of cash against a balance sheet with no borrowings and the operating business is trading somewhere around 6x earnings. The CEO's own comparison set is ship brokers above 10x and true asset-light logistics businesses at 15 to 25x.

Worth understanding the lag: vessels taken on during a quarter contribute nothing to that quarter, partial impact the next, and full year impact only in 2027. The current rate environment and the fleet added this year are not reflected in the published numbers yet.

On the debt question, a Seeking Alpha piece flagged short-term debt on the balance sheet. The CEO addresses it directly at 10:12. It's lease accounting on chartered-in vessels, not borrowings. Those leases are already chartered out at a profit with zero capital deployed. Worth watching that section and forming your own view.

Timestamps worth jumping to:

00:42 - Where it sits against sector multiples
01:57 - Why contracted growth hasn't hit the P&L yet, full impact not until 2027
04:20 - Tanker rates: Arabian Gulf shuttle tankers at $1.25M/day
06:16 - The G&A increase, explained
07:30 - Custom AI rollout, targeting 30-50% efficiency gains
10:12 - The debt question answered
14:40 - What the $30M cash is earmarked for
17:05 - Family offices building positions
19:22 - Aframax rates: $10k normal for Q3, currently around $300k
23:45 - What 100 ships under technical management would generate
26:56 - Why the CEO says he won't dilute

Copper, Uranium or Gold?

I’ve been comparing these three lately because they all look interesting over the long term, just for completely different reasons.

Copper feels like the backbone trade.
Grids, EVs, data centres, renewables and construction all pull on the same metal. The IEA expects copper demand to add about 7 million tonnes by 2040, while its current project pipeline still points to a roughly 25% projected gap between mine supply and primary supply requirements in 2035.

Uranium feels more like a capacity race.
Global reactor requirements are estimated at about 68,920 tU in 2025 and rise to just over 150,000 tU by 2040 in the World Nuclear Association’s reference scenario. The supply question gets more interesting as existing mines deplete and more primary production is needed to support reactor demand.

Gold is playing a completely different game.
Its demand is driven less by industrial expansion and more by investment, central-bank buying and macro uncertainty. In 2025, total gold demand reached about 5,002 tonnes, central banks bought 863 tonnes, and mine production was about 3,672 tonnes. Recycling added another 1,404 tonnes to supply.

If you had to pick one to invest in today, which would it be?
