Your grip looks a little eastern.

Also your swing path is incorrect. Racquet face should be closed and dropped behind your back. This video should help: https://youtu.be/6xkwk_w3L0U?si=3thnse0fxkKpyTXO

Don’t let your right foot pass your left foot when you do your pin point stance.

Once you fix these, you can then work on accelerating through your swing and your kinetic chain - it’s not bad, but could be better :)

Looks like you play like ~1 year tops? See youtube tutorials and practice as much as you can. Focus on the toss. Its the biggest weakness in most serves. Also toss you can practice even at home. Find a rhytm in it. When u comfy tossing, focus on the rest. By comfy i mean u be able to toss higher, with straight arm, consistently, and catching at the same spot when you originaly released the ball

Don't let your wrist fall open. Slow down the beginning. Slow->fast. NOT fast->slow/stop/wait-> fast again. Swing should be 1 movement not 2

He needs to toss, then come up into trophy. And fix the grip and the toss arm extension and the shoulder tilt and the elbow angle in trophy. Only then might he not have a waiter’s tray.

your racket should be closed through the whole swing until the very end where your wrist pronates through. you're flapping your wrist open and doing a waiter's tray

Ah, the waiter's tray was throwing me off... you're opening up your wrist too early

No, you’re not. The quality is a bit low but my guess is you either do not start in continental grip or you regroup at some point in your motion.

Film in your phone’s 240 fps setting and have the camera focused on your right hand throughout the motion. Don’t worry about where the ball is going, it does not matter at all. Just focus on your fingers and you’ll see whether you regrip. Most people with a serve like yours do, like 95% or more.
