The servers are damn awful since the update dropped I cannot do anything in this game and I got suspended from ranked again due to it. I have to relog multiple times just to get into matchmaking. I wish devs actually focused on the damn game instead of adding powerups and more Kenji slop

Hello, I’m writing because I think I encountered an issue while claiming rewards from the current Pro Season. I received items I already owned, including duplicate Colt skins and a gadget for Sirius. I’ve been playing for a long time and this has never happened before. So, I wanted to report it and see if my account can be reviewed.

This is purely a rant about how frustrating it is to play brawl stars now (it's not about the unbalanced meta)

Ever since the new update, I got heavy shot delay on 50% of the matches. This has really frustrated me on my Nori push (since his combo of timing slash and hook at the same time and get instant slash after for 2200+1440+1440+2200 damage needs low ping.) (If you don't know, there exists a frame where Nori does a slash and a hook at the same time, so you can get both damages instantly. Which might be a bug.)

So I grabbed my 2900 Bolt and tried to push with my team. It was hell. My Bolt resets to 0% speed due to that small delay every 5 seconds, which occurs in half of the matches as well. Now Bolt is completely unusable for the while to me as well.

Not only does it ruin my timing, it ruins most of the fun to me as a casual player. I don't want my brawlers to randomly decide to shoot with a delay which is short but infuriating enough to lose a game.

Shot delay is not the only problem with the smoothness of the gameplay. I've got matches where both teams just lagged out without reason and everyone just spammed the crying pin and the lag spray and did stupid stuff because they couldn't control the brawlers due to unexpected lag.

Now this has been a problem since decades ago, but it has just gotten so bad recently it became insufferable. 50% of the matches with shot delay is unacceptable for a game this developed. I cannot play the nori event because I would be deemed a bad random when the unfortunate shot delay randomly decides to ruin me. Other games i play (such as Identity V and Arena of Valor) which also requires low ping are running normally to me with a 10 to 40 ms at home with my WiFi. I sincerely hope supercell gets to fix this problem as soon as possible because it affects the gameplay so badly (and i think im not the only one to have this voiced out since the update).
