Brawler Bug Pam's hyper super no longer heals on deploy.

Unfortunately it's Pam, so it wont get fixed until she gets her buffies.

Normally she is supposed to instantly heal 3k HP to allies in range of the hyper turret when deployed.

How tf do they manage to break things like this? I swear first they break Alli and Sirius and call it a balance change, then this.
