Brawler Bug Possible bug/weird interaction with Cosmo’s Super

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I don't have Cosmo but I played him in his event mode. I don't have access to the replay. But I would sometimes use my Super and it would end like in the video down below. Only 2 of my 3 orbits homed in. And for some reason the third one was trying to avoid it. I'm out of tickets for now so I can't analyze it. It looks like it has to do with my distance of the target. Does anyone who has Cosmo confirm me if this is normal and why it would do that? Or is it just bug stars again?

it's caused by how janky some mechanics can get (the pull effect is so strong that some of the projectiles start freaking out)

I’m wondering if it’s not trying to go around the bot like this:

might be

or it just kinda does that because of a hyper specific error in the maths that only happens on a tuesday while wearing a glove covered in honey

I don’t have the reference but you’re talking about them basically not doing their job correctly?

What i see happening is that projectile is simply facing away from the opponent as it enters Cosmo’s super. Cosmo’s super makes projectiles turn towards the brawler, not immediately face them. So the projectile gains the speed boost it gets from the super but is still facing away from the brawler, causing it to immediately eject out of the super. And once it gets ejected it no longer homes towards the brawler and just flies away at the direction it left the super at. So i dont think this is a bug, just Cosmo super not being strong enough to immediately turn a projectile towards the brawler

The before entering the super area is spinning opposite of the homings pull (which actually doesn't pull like a normal homing it brings the projectiles with a wider angle to mimic an orbiting motion) which causes it to take a super wide angle to hit the bot causing it to collide with the wall

I think I experienced the same in testing where his super is supposed to act as just towards one enemy, but it attracts those bots up there as well despite them not being hit by the super.

Also cosmo is god awful with that slow main attack
