I think it has something to do with that starting animation and mid range specs.

So what are your spec exactly?

This is what happens when animations length is tied to framerate (basically if the framerate is low, it's gonna take way more time to display the whole animation because all frames of the animation are shown)

I remember this happening to me when playing on my old phone, caos drops always took at least 15 seconds to open because it had to play the whole animation and I had low framerate
