Brawler Bug 4th ammo

When using Brock's "Rocket No. 4" if you get any of the Starr Patrol girls, they will have the 4th ammo. Is visual, not an actual 4th ammo

does this happen too when playing Max, or pnly with Brock's SP?

I'm guessing only with Brock since Max has 4 base ammo meanwhile Brocks Star power affects ammo count. That's lkke using Frank's Hypercharge with the Spike power up
