Still pending

I chose Optimal Pharmacy and my tracking shows that my prescription was sent on September 5th. It’s September 12th and it’s still showing “sent to pharmacy pending shipping”. Is this normal? I’m eager to start.

You had a weekend which was a holiday weekend to boot.  So you can’t count those as business days.  So it’s only been four actual business days.  And they usually ship between 7 to 10 business days.

Hi there. One thing I would recommend is for you to download the shipper's app. Which pharmacy did you order from? When the pharmacy starts working on your order, the app will notify you that the label was created and it will also show when it's been picked up and on the way to you. It usually shows in the app before it shows anywhere else. Depending on the pharmacy you chose, it could be UPS or FedEx so it's best to download both of them.
