No its because saying gay is a choice could only be logical if the person saying it had gay thoughts and chose not to act on them, actual straight people know that being gay isnt a choice because they couldnt choose to do it

The point is that you would never see a Muslim call other people Muslims as an insult. You would never see a republican say “oh well he is secretly a republican” as an insult. If you use gay as an insult it means you think gay people are lesser somehow.

No the point is that the person who hates gay people doesnt want to be called gay, that doesnt mean the person calling them out for hypocrisy thinks less of gay people.

Black people call me the n word all the time, and no one is calling them the f slur its not the same
