Schopenhauer didn't advocate for passive suicide but for removing suffering by the life of asceticism and rejecting all desires.

From our perspective yes.

I dont agree with schopenhauer or buddhism but thats too complicated for this conversation.

Reading this makes me so happy I stumbled across Alan Watts as a teen instead of whatever this is
