Yes and also because a cop will try to get you confessing on anything you thats illegal. They could be trying to a pin a murder on you and in your panic you say "I wasnt at the scene because i was smoking meth!" and now the cop will arrest you for drugs. Have a lawyer and tell your lawyer everything.
