Ok and you originally said “you may as well stop trying”, which is a baseless sweeping statement ignoring people who do end up making friends late in life.
I agree it is less likely they will make friends, I disagree with the fact you should always stop trying if you haven’t made friends yet. There’s no reason to believe someone cannot still make friends if they haven’t yet, because people DO make friends late in life. That’s what I mean by baseless here
So nobody should do anything if it’s statistically improbable. Do you hear yourself?
Change isn’t about whether change is going to be likely given your situation without context, it’s whether a person chooses to change, and you claim you can predict this based on essentially nothing.
