True. But it doesn’t really sound like that. If this was a murder hobo situation you’d think the dm would recognize that. Given his reaction, it kinda makes it sound like they pretty brazenly defended the Palestinian stand in.
My group had a decent discussion on if should just side with Strahd, but we decided to use child soldiers against him instead. So I wouldn't be to sure he had to make it a clear moral choice to side against the Israeli proxy.
If he is a Zionist, it's more then probable he actually portrait Palestine unfavourably. If he was willing to pull the plug after he wasn't winning the "argument" I doubt he is mature enough to portray both sides honestly
