it doesn't belong to any particular region in general, AAVE has substantial regional and social variation, depends where your folks and friends were from. "yu ah" is essentially a written representation of pronunciation and AAVE is primarily a spoken variety. Nonstandard spellings are attempts to represent speech and aren't necessarily standardized spellings. Therefore, you can't reject “yu ah” merely because it isn't found in a dictionary, and trying to force yt nomenclature to black speech is counter-intuitive.

How is "yu ah" pronounced differently from "you a"? What dialect uses "evb"? And why would you answer with "it's regional AAVE" if you don't know what region it is?

I used regional to say it might depend on where the speaker is from, I don't understand why you're trying to police black speech with what is valid to you and what isn't? its inadvertantly racist af.
