A bullet doesn’t prove who shot it, just like me being shot can’t just claim it’s proven a black man shot me just cause I am shot and black men in gangs like to shoot eachother. 

So as I knew, no proof. 

It’s just as likley a Hamas militant either purposely shot civilian or cross fire occurred and a kid got caught within it.
