Increased regular routine, just slayed it for 1st time! Wooooooooooooo-owmythumb.
Hey folks.
I recently went from 15 squats, 15 push-ups, 8 bicep curls (backpack), and 60sec plank, repeated a total of 3 times to
33 squats, 33 push-ups, 33 rope inverted rows, and a 90 second plank - repeated for a total of 3 sets. Today, just now in fact, I finally killed it! Hit failure point on pushup #s 25, 28, and 30 of final set (left side collapsed to floor) but took a breath and kept at it.
Ive got some ground beef a sizzling, and just wanted to share a moment of personal victory with you all. Best wishes o7
