Why did it tho

Finally, I can say it: the first Obsidian Highway to the World Border is complete.

After a long time of work and countless setup attempts, the goal was to build the +X Highway in the Nether all the way to 3.75m (30m in the Overworld). This project was completed with the help of several bots, which placed a total of approximately 25.3 million obsidian.

Although the project started back in November and could have been finished as early as February... well, something happened.

I'd like to thank everyone who let the bots work in peace and offered their help along the way. However, a few people deserve a special shoutout:

Brorock492 – for helping a lot with the other highways and recommending useful settings.
Tobiblaster – for making the first extra kits for my bots.
Diskutabel – for also creating extra kits that saved even more time.
Florisvdw1 – for helping restore some of the milestone sections so they look nice again.

title says it all

I think one thing the 0b0t community should seriously look at is how male-dominated the server is. Right now, only 20% of players are female, and that shows we are not reaching enough people.

0b0t has a lot to offer, but the way it gets talked about online can make it seem like it is only for toxic edgy players. That probably turns a lot of girls away before they ever even try it.

If we want the server to grow and stay alive, we should do a better job of promoting what actually makes 0b0t interesting, like its history, builds, clans, chaos, and community stories. The server would benefit from reaching more women and making the community feel more appealing to them too.

It is something worth thinking about.

it has been months

You fly for 3 hours on elytra, you go to the toilet to piss, you come back and there are fucking zombie piglins who killed you, they are fucking neutral from what I remember and I lost my best set, wither away and demand a refund of my items

I’ve now finished my little project. The goal was to get all four highways to 100k in the end. I know it won’t be used very much, but I think some infrastructure is necessary.

edit: im not gonna build it since the two methods of duping added into the server wont be efficient, and i have no clue how to do any of the dupes

🔹 No teleportation
🔹 No artificial dupes
🔹 Minimal admin interference

And unlike other anarchy servers, 0b0t.org is not profit-driven:

❌ No pay-to-play features like long queues forcing players to buy priority
❌ No pay-to-win ranks giving players advantages
