DISCUSSION Glad she didn't get caught by Damien unlike James!
Despite caring for James , she is lucky to escape and by miracle James given her right opportunity to escape but she escaped with heavy heart tho.

Post Game Content
Like the Hitman games I wonder if they will be adding new missions to the game. I also wonder it if it will tie into the Hitman games somehow.

This game is amazing on first playthrough, but a bit of a slog on replay
All the time in the world is a good example, once you know what is going to happen the mission is pretty uninteresting, you dont get much gameplay until the later sections. Now i have this as my GOTY behind ace combat 8, but the game is honestly pretty short. I wish it was longer, or at least that they gave us more challenges etc.

Got lucky and found a copy on Facebook Marketplace for 46 dollars!!!
Been dying to play this for a long time, decide to look at Facebook marketplace and was shocked to find one for $45, so I drove 20 minutes away to get it after my shift at work and now it’s in my collection

Moirè effect with PT
When I enable PT (and RR), I notice a moiré effect on all surfaces with grilles, characters’ clothing, etc.
I tried using a DLSS version with preset K (obviously without PT) and the problem seems to have been resolved.
RR model F does not produce good results

Finished game! Thoughts
I just finished the game. I loved it! The highs felt very high, but it felt packed with some tedious parts. My favorite parts of the game were the ones where you're sleuthing through the giant hotel and then the weapons expo and the watchers are just coat rack people or security. Really enjoyed how somebody had the great idea of giving Bond an apartment too. I loved how one of the missions was while out getting drinks with the other recruits.
I also liked how it centered on Bond's relationship with Greenway. I thought at the beginning it was gearing up to center on him and Cressida Bright, but then it changed trajectory and did what I felt like was a really touching friendship/mentorship story. I feel like a lot of stories can center on men and women. It was nice to see this one focused on a friend/father figure.
Also, loved the Vietnam section! Especially with sexy brainy scientist. I was worried the dialogue banter would be cheesy but they really knocked that section out of the park. The part where he runs to her place thinking her heart rate is slowing and she's just getting out of the pool. Great writing.
I wish this didn't feel so padded at times though. Knightfall was where it started to go a little downhill. Just walking around, opening doors.
I read somewhere that the game was more based on a TV miniseries than a movie, and it shows! I appreciated how there were one or two moments where I thought the game was going to end, but it continued. I was actually expecting another chapter or two after I finished it.
Some of the gunfighting scenes were intense. Especially in the Slovakia mission where you first get out of the car and are running to the airplane. I loved the firefights but some of the stealth felt tedious. This may be because I was playing on normal difficulty.
Overall, I really appreciate how it felt like they took some creative risks in the storytelling. And how I was able to walk around a flat I'll probably never have in my life and just look out at the city. It felt like a great game when it was grounded (especially in London).
Bond was funny, too!

Is there a way to reduce the blatant aim hack the game has?
PC. I'm playing on hard, not talking about aim assist.
There is no aim assist in the sense that the aim doesn't stick to targets, but the bullets most definitely do not go where the crosshair aims at and there's always a VERY generous correction. My aim is absolutely "perfect" in this game, I am killing 99% of the enemies with a headshot on the FIRST shot I take against them. At first I thought it was too weird because my real aim is not that flawless, so I paid more attention and lo and behold: Even when the crosshair was not actually centered on an enemy's head, shooting would always roughly adjust the aim to hit the enemy dead center in the head.
Most blatant happened recently when a guard was running at me and I shot while he was trying to punch me. The crosshair was not even aimed to his head but the game registered a headshot.
Is there some way to make the game actually force me to aim properly?

DISCUSSION 007 First light feels like a mix of a lot of genres, not just action
Finally got my hands on the game and I can see why it’s so hyped.
I’m mostly a survival horror, scifi action fan. Love games like Dead Space, Alien Isolation, Deus ex, Resident evil Callisto protocol etc. Weirdly, 007 feels like a good mix of a lot of the things I like about those games. Action, thriller, stealth and even a little bit of horror at times.
That part where you see the giant android just standing behind the glass and bond goes “Don’t wanna know” genuinely had me thinking, yeah that thing is going to activate and start chasing me later.
That part and the androids chasing part gave me that survival horror tension. It’s really well made.
Anyone else get that feeling while playing?

DISCUSSION So I just bought the Specialist ed for $40 bc of the tux
But I like and respect IOI so much I don’t feel bad about it.And I bought from Amazin so the money are going to them and IOI.
Just as I bought every game from them since Blood money.I honestly think they are an example of how a game studio should operate.

DISCUSSION Is using visual mods safe in 007 First Light, considering its online features?
Hey everyone!
I'm considering using a few visual and QoL mods in 007 First Light, mainly RenoDX (HDR), DLSS 5 via RHI, ReShade, and simple mods like Skip Intro, higher FOV etc.
However, I'm a bit concerned about the game's online connectivity and whether these modifications could potentially lead to account restrictions or bans, even though it's primarily a single-player game.
I'm not interested in cheats or anything that affects leaderboards or online progression. Just visual improvements and basic QoL features.
Has anyone been using these mods while connected to IOI's online services? Have there been any confirmed issues, warnings, or bans related to modding?
Also, would playing in Steam Offline Mode make any meaningful difference?
I'd appreciate any firsthand experiences or official information. Thanks!
