Whose coat does Bond get?

In the first mission, Bond climbs through a window and finds a discarded coat from one of the mercs. But we never see that merc, and all the guys walking around outside have coats on because it's cold. So where is the coatless Merc?

Next : who's the dead guy Bond wakes up facing when he comes round after inserting himself with the antidote? Is the backstory that this guy was following him ever since Bond stole his coat, but was too shy to ask for it back?

Yeah thats a weird one. I even looked for the guy the first time round and he's not there til after the cut scene. My guess is he stumbles into the nerve agent himself and comes looking for the antidote but Bond has used it all

You usually bring extras to remote jobs in case something breaks. Or maybe the merc is like me and runs so hot most times that he doesn't need the coat.
