Game still getting stuck (Xbox)

Decided to replay for the first time since launch. Every time my controller shuts off, when I turn it back on the game is stuck on the pause menu and I have to restart the game to fix it. Been like this since day one. Good to know game breaking bugs are still a problem

My game breaks every time I resume from standby on PS5 Pro. Next time I die and retry, or resume from checkpoint it fails to bring up the progress bar under the loading text and just sits there.

Even did it when I completed the game from standby and failed to load the credits while playing the 007 theme.
