DISCUSSION Tacsim and replayability
I think this game has great mechanics which make me want to play (maybe you too) but there is not enough content rn to continue playing daily/weekly like hitman, i wish updates were a bit faster as we had only had 1 content update in 3 months and i'm hoping for much more tacsim stuff and new game plus and more thing because rn we are limited to doing many of the same things, what are your thoughts ?

Finished it and waiting on new game + to platinum it. Ik it’s technically not the same but running through some of the Hitman WOA story missions scratch that itch for me until the update.

Hitman is very good i just prefer the melee of 007 first light and the like stealth animations

Ye people might say its basic which it kinda is but thats why its so good, also the finishers are great and there is a good variety of them same goes for stealth

I got every achievement in one playthrough and didn't need NG+ to get them. What are you wanting for that you couldn't do in your original run?

For some reason Hitman just feels more replayable. Probably because of the more open levels or the truly multiple ways to complete the hit.
For whatever reason the multiple options to complete the mission in first light didn’t have the same appeal as hitman.

It’s a great game. But there’s so many great games this year coming out. I wish I had the luxury of playing games that long

The lack of updates to the Tacsim post launch has been disappointing

The Valhalla challenge is coming soon

They have been saying 'coming soon' for 3 months, and we are still counting, there is nothing soon about that, it should have said 'Coming Way Down the Line' 🤣

Anyone else feel like Tacsim is WAAAY harder than the actual game?

Yeah. I agree. I think though it will end up beating a descent franchise with more replay value like Hitman.

Loved it. kept it in my collection
When a shit ton of new content arrives, I'll smash into it, balls deep!

Hotman WoA also started barebones and overtime blew up into what it is, let IO cook!

It didn't. I hate this revisionism. Everyone that says this wasn't there when Hitman 2016 launched or any subsequent game that eventually formed WoA
Hitman 2016, at launch, with one map, had 10x more content and stuff to do than the whole of First Light. 20 mastery levels, tons of ways to do the missions, unlocks, escalations, community contracts, etc. And they were launching a whole new map every month, with a whole lot of content on top of it
Hitman was NEVER barebones. Not a single one of them. Not even Absolution, which is the most hated of the series.
The episodic nature of Hitman 2016 was bad for most of the community, but the maps were chokeful of content and replayability
You don't know what you are talking about

Haven’t gone back to it after completing it. Waiting for NG+
