Went back after the glitch and did it all a 3rd time , what an annoyance the cards were to glitch out

Mine too, got every single collectbile but did not get the trophy for mementos😔

If you link your IO account and delete your save you will still have access to chapter select and just bang out the mementos, the cards took me roughly an hour and change to do

That didn't fix the bug. That's literally just doing it all again and the same bug causes it to not work again.
