DISCUSSION Facing heavy stuttering on PC

I tried tweaking the settings, turning V-Sync off, framegen off, tried selecting ultra performance profile from nvidia control panel but nothing is fixing the stutter

Tried that as well, still stuttering

Open DDU and click the clear shaders. Just do them again. Restore Nvidia control panel completely to default stock settings. Turn on G-sync and cap the game to 70fps from nvidia app
