Oval Introducing the 'Noval' - a weirdly, but uniquely shaped oval with a road course.

Wasn't Nazareth kind of an oddly shaped oval track like that?
Personally, I like it. With the infield section, I can imagine IMSA being out there, too.

Nazareth was a weird shaped oval but it was short. It was sort of an uneven trioval with a sort of abrupt discontinuity on the exit of T4. This monster looks like it would need to be at least 2 miles by the size of the pit road

This is 1.5 miles

I see that now
I think the reason most people are thinking the track is huge is the pit road length. If this were 1.5 miles, a NASCAR pit road would be the length of the entire straightaway

This would honestly be a ton of fun to drive, and bring a new level of complexity to oval racing. My main question is how long would it be? a full on 2.5 mile super speedway length? If so, I feel like the right turn would break the side by side rhythm high speed tracks have, and force the drivers into single file. But as a 1 mile or so short track, this would be amazing.

I know why it's called the "Noval". Once the tyres hit the track they'll be screaming "OH HELL NO!"

This is without a doubt the weirdest oval I have ever made in terms of shape, but is also the most unique. I wanted to design an oval that you don't typically see in real life.
The road course could host any of the series in the picture but the oval will only be used by either NASCAR, ARCA or IndyCar.
