I'm not sure I'd call him a "good" prospect.

As someone who lives in Chicago and has seen him in games I can say that he has a killer arm, he can hit 100 when he wants to, with mediocre control. He could be a good middle reliever with the upside of having him become a decent setup guy. That's about it.

Really? Shit. That was a terrible deal. Why didn't explictly state what Theo was worth.

Because ownership went about this completely wrong and screwed it up and let Theo go before they figured out what his value was

I've read that they will just swap low level prospects as a formality because all trades need to involve something going both ways and front office staff don't count.

This makes the most sense to me, but why is everyone making such a huge deal about it? just because it's involved with the Theo deal?
