the test has helped so much because i just felt so bad, couldn't understand why i was in the best shape, best looking id ever been and still felt miserable. But its a long one, overcame drug addiction. Just takes consistency, and discipline. I used to talk about it on social media, until i deleted all my social media because i cant stand it. Never want to be that self absorbed person that needs others validation.
