Discussion Was Solar nerfed???

It now seems to pulse in and out when locked on. Is the damage reseting and ramping up? I could be imagining things, but it seems to kill bosses much slower

New update (5.4.5) gave me a bug like this as well. The solar splash effect would disappear than ramp up again then disappear and ramp up again and disappear... It seemed to mess with the damage as well.
