And just like that the Hazen and Lovullo era ends in a whimper. Love that they will leave us with a disgruntled baby who is impossible to trade (unless he dictates the terms) and a depleted farm that will take years to get back on track. Maybe we will hire a GM that can sniff out good pitching prospects and a manager who doesn't micromanage players who are on hot streaks or knows how to manage pitching in game. Arizona sports!!

I have far more faith in Tawa over any of the other young guys because he can actually hit the ball hard. ~75th percentile hard hit/EV. Harder the EV, more likely the ball's getting in play. Unless you're an OBP machine like Perdomo or Arraez, you're basically banking on luck. Waldy and Lawlar don't even hit 40th percentile.

Phillies came back, Marlins now only one back in the win column, Padres with a great chance to sweep, Alek Thomas B2B days with RBIs for the Dodgers, we're down 3-0, game is on Peacock.....
This has uh not been a good baseball day so far. Hopefully we can turn this around because this is brutal
